About Us

Dawn brings over 20 years of experience working as an Entrepreneur, Business Consultant and Accountant.  In 2003, Dawn began her entrepreneurial career when she relocated to her hometown of Washington, DC.  It led her to becoming Co-founder and Managing Partner of a small construction company with a team of 13 employees.

In 2008, Dawn made the difficult decision to dissolve her partnership in the construction company.  With passion and determination, she opened a successful accounting business in Annapolis, MD, for eight years helping businesses reduce corporate debt, perform budget reviews for planning and forecasting, internal audits for accuracy and GAAP compliance, implement payroll processes and benefit plans, process taxes and so much more.

Today Dawn still enjoys the freedom of being an entrepreneur and understands the challenges businesses face.  Her goal is to bring competent, hands-on, professional support in a collaborative and compassionate way to the small business community.  In Dawn's spare time she enjoys her artistic passions and walks in the park with her beloved dog, Willow.
